Yoga for Cyclists // Sunday, April 23 @ 3:00 pm It's cycling season! Time to loosen up and be strong for your rides as well as learn some specific deep stretches that will help you recover post ride. Unbalanced muscle groups are usually the cause of tightness, weakness and pain. We will work with identifying this and what sequences help strengthen in the Pre-ride yoga portion of the class. We will work with learning how to open and safely stretch during the post ride yoga portion. Some hands on assists if you choose during the class.
$15/person Limit of 10 per class
Mondays 9:15 AM Vinyasa Flow Yoga - With breath guided movements, we will move through sequences to help mobilize muscles and joints, and strengthen/ balance opposing muscle groups. Inspired by the teachings of Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow training, this is an alignment based, free form expression of the asanas that will make you feel loose and open.
Cost: 6 weeks/ $60 for Vinyasa Flow Yoga • $15 drop in rate/class
