Anne is an amazing trainer/coach!  She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and working with kettlebells, and she always creates workouts that are challenging, but SUPER effective.  Training with kettlebells has transformed my fitness level – I was able to run under a 9 minute mile in a half marathon last year, just over a year after major knee surgery!  I am also very proud to say that I can press a 16 kg kettlebell (and hopefully an 18 kg soonJ).  I highly recommend training with Anne.  You will not regret it! - Colleen (Trained with kettlebells twice/week. Set a PR in her Half Marathon just one year after major knee surgery)

Pulse is AWESOME! I have a young child at home and run my own business, so the classes offer me much needed time to refocus, de-stress, and do something for my own health and well-being.
