NOT your average sunrise bootcamp class! Learn strength skills and technique while developing strength and cardiovascular endurance through a range of hardstyle kettlebell lifts, TRX movements, bodyweight drills and more!

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Choose one, two, or all three days per week.
6:15 am Sunrise Strength Riot • $60 for 1 day, $99 for 2 days, $119 for 3 days per week.
