Charlotte's offering a trio of workshops to help you feel better and build your take-home toolkit. Join one, two, or all three:
Yoga for Anxiety Relief, October 17, 1:00-3:00pm
This workshop incorporates breathwork, meditation, and yoga to help you reduce anxiety and feel more calm in your life off the mat. Includes a handout with take-home sequences and poses to use wherever, whenever you need them. We'll end with a short practice to soothe and quiet your body and mind.
Yoga to Ease Depression, October 17, 4:00-6:00pm
Learn energizing breathwork, simple meditation techniques, and brightening yoga poses to lift your mood. Take home a handout with short sequences, individual poses, and lifestyle tips to use whenever you need them. The workshop will include a short practice that will leave you feeling invigorated and peaceful.
Bedtime Yoga for Better Sleep, October 18, 1:00-3:00pm
Instead of tossing and turning your night away, come learn some simple ways to ease into sleep. Inclues tips and tricks from breathwork to meditation and yoga that will help you relax, quiet your mind, and rest deeply.
