We are holding a towel drive for the homeless families staying at the YWCA Shelter. The shelter is in desperate need of bath towels and wash cloths. Bring a new or gently-used (and clean) towel (Or consider donating more if you can.) to donate to the YWCA. Your donation gets you into class.

For bonus points, hold a donation drive at your work, volunteer group, running club, etc. Let's see if we can pull together a carload to deliver!

Charlotte will teach a happy-hour, Friday evening flow with some nice chilling time at the end. Bring a towel, bring a friend, and help someone out all at the same time.

Learn energizing breathwork, simple meditation techniques, and brightening yoga poses to lift your mood. Take home a handout with short sequences, individual poses, and lifestyle tips to use whenever you need them. The workshop will include a short practice that will leave you feeling invigorated and peaceful.

Bedtime Yoga for Better Sleep, October 18, 1:00-3:00pm
