In, this 8-Week Small Group coaching circle we'll cover and connect in the areas that I've seen most effective to create hope and fuller lives:

- Strength Mechanics
- Sustainable Change Habits
Each week, we'll connect, meditate, chat about the topic of the week, work out for a bit, then de-load and set up accountability for the following week. You'll have homework assignments personalized to YOU, journal entries and lots of ways to love yourself.
