  • Stand Tall

  • Step to High Plank and Lower to the Floor

  • Lift heart into Cobra

  • Press back to Down Dog

  • Step forward and Stand Tall

10 Minutes / On the Minute

  • 10 x 2-Hand Swings

  • 5-10 Push Ups

  • Rest for the remainder of the minute

5 Breaths Per Pose (do all right side, then left)

  • Runners Lunge or High Lunge

  • Standing Forward Fold (Feet together)

  • Hand-On-the-Wall Heart Opener

  • Standing Figure 4 Pose
