One Bell Workout: Weekend Edition

Lounging up here in Tahoe, getting our fitness on with kayaking, hiking and yoga!  Here's a quick and fun workout whether you're in your backyard or traveling with your kettlebell! Warm Up : Turkish Get Ups Right+Left

Strength : 10 Goblet Squats + 10 KB Renegade Rows + 10 Push Ups

9 Goblet Squat + 10 KB Renegade Rows + 10 Push Ups

8 .... you get the idea... ladder down to 5 (or 1!) of each

Conditioning : 5 x 1 Hand Swings R+L // 15 sec rest

5 x 1 Hand Swing R+L 10 x Hand-to-Hand Swings // 30 sec rest

5 x 1 Hand Swing R+L 10 x Hand-to-Hand Swings 10 x 2 Hand Swing // 1 min Rest
