Southwestern Quinoa Salad!
1 C Cooked Quinoa
1/2 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 C diced red and orange bell peppers
1/4 c diced onion
2 T Chopped Cilantro
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Chill and serve with a side of chopped veggies and Trader Joe's Avocado Hummus!
