Just like being in a pattern of eating crappy foods ... we can build patterns of living on crappy thoughts. Despite the immediate gratification of feeling satisfied - Both leave us lethargic and frustrated.
Today - when you notice a negative thought... take a deep breath and choose not to indulge that particular appetite. Instead, take three deep breaths, choosing to breath out a positive thought to someone who needs it.
