A very dear soul reminded me that today is Fat Tuesday! Beads! King's Cake! Booze! And something that I have learned to embrace - Lent.
Instead of meat or chocolate or TV... For Lent this year, I am choosing to Fast from negative thoughts.
Just like a cookie that somehow magically appears in my li'l hand, I choose to put that thought down and move on to something encouraging and wholesome!
