Usually on a rainy gloomy day, I usually crave warm, cozy foods.
So I made a Pina Colada!
Rainy Day Raspberry Protein Colada
1 cup Cold, Filtered Water
1/4 cup Light Coconut Milk
1 Scoop Life's Basics Plant Protein
1/2 Ripe Banana
1/2 cup Frozen Organic Raspberries
4 Ice Cubes
1 Tbs Unsweetened, Shredded Coconut
Super easy... just dump first 6 ingredients in the blender and throw the switch.
Top with shredded coconut and and transport yourself to a tropical paradise!
